New York Classical Theatre Presents King Lear

This summer in Brooklyn Commons Park, New York Classical Theatre (NYCT) will bring to life King Lear’s potent tale of family and politics in a dynamic, two-hour AND two-version interpretation. Every other performance, NYCT alternates between William Shakespeare’s tragic ending and Nahum Tate’s 1681 “Hollywood” ending in which Lear lives!
